Manny Pacquiao is the Number 1 Boxer on Yahoo Sports

Filipino pride and Fourth time Champion in different Weight Divisions Manny Pacqiuao tops the Yahoo Sports rankings for the best fighter. Pacquiao garnered 18 of the 23 first-place votes cast from the blue-ribbon panel of boxing writers and broadcasters from around the world.

No doubt that he’ll be the number one though.
